Designed to be applied with your finger or Brush No. 2 (sold separately), the impossible-to-mess-up formula creates a sheer wash of colour that can be worn on its own or layered for added depth with all-day lasting power. It is also ophthalmologist tested and approved, safe for contact lens wearers, and safe for sensitive eyes.
